Our butcher-chefs are constantly working to select and prepare the best cuts of meat, which are offered both on the butcher's counter and in the dishes on the RistoMacelleria menu.
The best way to test the freshness of the meat served at Terrazza Menoni is to order one of our renowned tartares, a dish you can’t ‘cheat’ on: the quality of the raw materials, exposed 'naked' on the plate, is perceived immediately and without the possibility of disguise.
